We find some of the new appliance innovations especially exciting, things like sub-zero refrigerators, wine refrigerators, professional ranges, and warming drawers. Question: Can you describe the construction process?
Answer: Each of our new homes goes through a series of construction stages: slab pouring, framing, roof and exterior sheathing, pre-drywall, and drywall and exterior finish. At all points in the construction process, we are always happy to update you on the progress of your project and answer any questions you might have.

Answer: We ask that when you visit your new home during construction, you make sure you are wearing the proper protective equipment, to include a hard hat, protective clothing, and appropriate footwear.
